Booking & Payment

All payments are final and secure your place in the session. Payments are processed via PayPal Goods & Services. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by PROPA Talent.

Access & Capacity

Spaces are limited. All bookings and track submissions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Group Zoom Session (£20)

This ticket includes:

• Live playback and feedback on your track during the group Zoom session

• Additional personalised written feedback provided after the session

A maximum of 15 tracks will be reviewed per session. Only those who have secured a track submission slot will have their track played.

Track Submission (Group Session – Included in £20 ticket)

Each participant may submit one track. A maximum of 15 track submissions are accepted per session and all confirmed submissions will receive live feedback.

Tracks must be submitted before the stated deadline. Late submissions may not be reviewed.

Individual Video Feedback (£50)

This is a separate service from the group session.

• Includes a 15-minute recorded video with detailed feedback on your track
• Limited to a maximum of 10 participants
• Feedback will be delivered within 7 days of submission
• Does not include access to the group Zoom session

No revisions or follow-ups are included unless stated.

Track Requirements

All submissions must be provided as MP3 or WAV files. One track per submission.

Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully. PROPA Talent reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or inappropriate without refund.

Recording & Usage

Sessions may be recorded for internal and participant access purposes only.

Intellectual Property

Participants retain full ownership of their submitted tracks at all times. By submitting a track, you grant PROPA Talent and DJ Rap permission to play, review, and discuss the track during the session. All feedback, materials, and recordings created by PROPA Talent remain its intellectual property and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without permission.

When is the track submission deadline?

How do I submit my track?

What happens if I miss the live session?

What format should my track be in?

Please submit a full track only. MP3 or WAV formats are accepted.

Will you review the whole track?

Feedback will focus on the most important sections of your track, typically up to the first breakdown, with additional notes on the overall production.

Can I ask questions during the Group Zoom Session?

The session is primarily track-focused, with 10–15 minutes at the end dedicated to Q&A.

When will I receive my written feedback?

All written feedback will be delivered within 7 days of the session.

When will I receive my video feedback?

Individual video feedback will be delivered within 7 days of submission.

What happens if there are technical issues?

Technical issues are extremely rare. In the event of a widespread Zoom issue, the session will be rescheduled.
